Big Sister, where are you?

I really wish I had a big sister.
With everything that I have to go through now, I really wish I had a big sister. I don't want to deal with any of this first-born stuff. I have too many things that I have to match up to. I have to have good grades, I have to take care of my 3 other siblings, I have to be responsible even when they don't care. Why do I have this expectation for myself? Just by being born first and having that kind of role, I put that on myself. My parents never told me that I have to be that kind of daughter. My mom does nails and my dad works a 12-hour job. Why do I think that I have to be perfect? Why do I do this to MYSELF? I don't even know.

If I had a big sister, I could live a less stressful life than I do now. My younger sister really isn't that smart. She has average grades and my parents don't care. Whenever she breaks her phone, my dad gets her a new one. Why do I think that they can't afford stuff like that? Why is that my mentality?
They obviously work hard for their money. One thing I don't get is, why do I try to think about what they want and not what I want? I have dreams of becoming a successful makeup artist or someone who works in that industry because I think that it's sooooo cool and how all their lives are. They look like they're just having so much fun. Maybe i'm just being a stupid teenager by thinking that my life isn't lush.

I wish my parents were more outgoing. They're so close minded. I asked to go to Dallas with my friends and my dad said he didn't want me to be kidnapped. Well, all my friends that went came back fine and they didn't get kidnapped. How can I enjoy life when all I do is stay at home and do homework? I want to explore everything. I want to see the world and I want to know the mentalities of everyone. I think that because my parents have only gone through hardships, they want me to know what it's like. Why don't they want me to have a better life than them? How am I supposed to do anything if they don't even trust me enough to let me PRACTICE driving. I've had my permit for about 3 months and have never driven on the roads. My test is in 3 months.

I just wished I had a big sister. These things don't happen to my younger sister because they think she's so good. Why do they think i'm an untrustworthy daughter when all I do is listen to their commands. I almost never talk back and whenever I do, they yell at me because they know i'm right and they're wrong.

I've never seen any post about wanting a big sister to go through their own stuggles so here's the first, I guess.

REVIEW: Morphe eye brushes!!

Hi!! I'm doing a review on some Morphe brushes that I bought a couple months ago. I bought the M431, a goat hair pencil brush, the M139, a sortive tapered crease brush, and the M124, a lid brush. They're all great quality brushes for the price I got them for!

I'll talk about the M431 first. It's soft when i touch it but whenever I use it to smoke out my lower lash line, it feels a little course and hurts my eyeballs!!! Nonetheless, I enjoy using the brush.
Next up is the M139. I REALLY LIKE THIS ONE!!!!! Though it's not the exact amount of fluff that I like, i diffuses the crease nicely. I like to darken my crease and outer V with this brush because it's so precise! Out of the three brushes that I bought, this one seems to shed the most. I don't know how it's shedding because it tends to shed in little bits. The whole strand doesn't come off. It's weird.
Lastly is the M124! It's made out of sable and is called the "firm shadow" brush. I wouldn't exactly call it that because whenever I try to pack on a satin color from my Naked 2 basics palette, it doesn't pack on enough color! Not my favorite out of these three but the quality is good.

What's in my make up bag

My make up bag in about to EXPLODE. I keep so many things that i don't need inside! Do you ever just think you need something for a trip but you end up never using it? Yeah me too.

First i have my Naked 2 basics palette, which is great for anyone who loves taupy neutral eye. Next up is my revlon colorstay foundation that i have a review on in a past post. I also have a maybelline color tattoo in bad to the bronze. It's a beautiful bronze color with some shimmer. It's a good base color before adding powder eyeshadows. Next up is a NYX Love in paris eyeshadow palette. It was my first eyeshadow palette that i had bought and it didn't have very high pigmentation but i use it now and then. I usually only use it for the black because that's the color i use to fill in my eyebrows. Up next is a brow gel by maybelline. I have it in the color deep brow. I use it to set my eyebrow hairs in place because they're so hard to tame! My eyebrow hairs are everywhere if i don't set them. Maybelline's The rocket mascara is the next product in my make up bag. It works perfectly to lengthen my lashes and thats all i have to say about them. Next i have a L'Oreal magic lumi primer that i use daily. ts the first primer that i bought because i usually get mattifying founations but i still want a glow from underneath. It works perfectly to light up your face and prime it at the same time. After my foundation is done, i use powder! I always use Rimmel's stay matte powder because it sets my foundation nicely. And after powder I use blush and bronzer to liven up my pale face. I have an Elf blush in the color candid coral and the bronzer i have is the Lorac TANtalizer that i did on. The last 2 products that i keep in my make up bag are the Smith's minted rose lip balm and an Elf custom compact with 3 Makeup Geek eyeshadows.

Hope you guys enjoyed taking a look into my make up bag!

REVIEW: Revlon colorstay foundation

This foundation is so matte i'm in love. I have it in the color 300 golden beige, which is a little pink toned for me but it works well none the less. It claims to wear up to 24 hour, not that i will, and give you a flawless, lightweight feel. Let me tell you, it totally does all those things! This foundation give you a flawless look for so long and because i have super oily skin, it soaks it all up until i wash it up.

When i apply it i shake it well, like it says to do, then dot it all around my face, then i blend it all in with a real techinques expert face brush. It works perfectly and gives me an effortlessly smooth look.

REVIEW: Bite Beauty luscious creme lipstick duo

Of course another review for y'all! This review is on the bite beauty lipstick duo from sephora.

I saw this while standing in line at sephora and saw that it was a nudey/mauvey color and grabbed it right away. Its really small and travel friendly i just love it.

I first tried the lychee side and it is a beautiful neutral pinky nude. It glided right over my lips and gives a nice pale color.

On the other end, there was musk. Its a light rose color that could be considered a fall lip. Maybe not as dark as a winter lip but it suffices! It has the same consistency as lychee, obviously.

This duo is low maintenence and won't need to be worried about everytime you eat or drink. They're both very nice mlbb (my lips but better) colors.

Wants for this season

What i've been wanting lately are these products below.
Since the new Urban decay naked 2 basics palette came out i've been itching to try it out. I dont even have the original naked basics but i feel like i'd like the second one better because of the warmer taupy colors. I also really want the double sided eyeshadow brush that is made specially for the naked basics palettes.

Nude lips have been all the rage lately and i'm wanting to try out the clinque chubby stick in this nude color. It would balance out a smokey eye nicely.

The next item i want is the smashbox light primer because i am always an oily mess! I get oily about an hour into my make up application and it sucks! I just want something that will keep my make up fresh and matte.

The last two items are pretty pricey so i'm saving up to get them. They're the hourglass ambient lighting blush and fresh rose eye cream. I've been needing to buy an eye cream because i have horrible undereye bags. :( And for the blush, i've just been wanting to try it out in general because of what i've heard. And plus, the packaging is beautiful.

REVIEW: First aid beauty cleanser and ultra repair cream

I recently lost my FAB virginity!! I went black friday shopping at a local mall and found out that a sephora was inside of the JCPenny's. I was in shock! I never knew it was there but nevermind that, i bought the first aid beauty face cleanser and ultra repair cream for $10. BOTH FOR $10. It was also the last one and i just snuck it from the crowds of ladies around the table. :)

I'll tell y'all how i've been liking them so far. I first used the cleanser the night that i bought it and it had a weirdish old lady smell. It also had a weird color and consistency! It came out as a metallically white color and didn't really feel like a cleanser until i put it on my face. But other than how it looked, it worked amazing! It took off all my makeup AND my mascara. Usually my regular cleanser doesn't fully remove all of my mascara but this, this cleanser did. Im in love.

As for the repair cream, it really hydrates my dry spots around my nose. Not really much to say about it since it hasn't done much yet.

Hope y'all enjoyed my review!
